The full match schedule for the 2026 FIFA World Cup has been revealed, with football fans across the globe preparing for one of the biggest tournaments in history. Hosted across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, the expanded tournament will feature top nations battling for football’s biggest prize.

The competition begins on June 12, 2026, with hosts Mexico taking on South Africa at the iconic Estadio Azteca in Mexico City. The final is scheduled for July 20 in New Jersey.

FIFA World Cup 2026 to Feature Expanded Format

The 2026 edition of the FIFA World Cup will be the first to include 48 teams, making it the largest World Cup ever organized. Matches will be played across major cities in North America, including Los Angeles, Toronto, Vancouver, Dallas, Miami, Atlanta, Boston, Mexico City, and more.

Fans in New Zealand will be able to follow every fixture with local kickoff times now confirmed.
